    Somebody polished off the celery last night, so had to do without. Used "Now Curry" from Penzey's. Tasty soup, but wish it was a bit thicker. Will be adding wild rice tomorrow to bulk it up a bit. I will likely make it again, but with either rice or maybe white beans.
