    A nice moist cake, super simple, made with a hand mixer. I made the cake but used some cream cheese frosting I already had made. Recipe says two 9” rounds or a 9”x13”. I used two 8.5” round pans and the layers were on the thinner side, so 8” pans would probably work well.
