Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    What a strange bread - not unpleasant, but it doesn't seem to be sure whether it wants to be a bread or a cake. The texture is very cake-like and the dried fruit make it quite sweet, however, not sweet and soft enough to actually be a cake. As a bread it's very dense and heavy - one slice fills you up for the day! While it's quite good to have a quick bread recipe (no kneading required) in my repertoire, I'm not sure whether I'll try this recipe again.
