    This is very good. I used filet mignon, though, instead of rib eye steak. The quality of the flavor ingredients comes through loud and clear -- mediocre cherry tomatoes weren't good enough. Next time I think I'll try sun-dried tomatoes in oil and oil-cured olives in an effort to re-create what I had in Florence.
