    This is a great main meal sais full of great flavour and diverse veg! I did make a few changes. I went with pork instead of beef and made 18 small meatballs. The basic seasoning in these was just right with the rest of the salad components. I would recommend a more neutral oil and possibly green leaf lettuce instead of romaine as the dressing is light and I’d want to avoid any bitterness.
