    Easy, straightforward recipe. The directions to use cooking spray over medium heat with the pan covered caused my individual meatloaves to burn on the bottoms. The flavor itself was okay- mild flavored turkey rounds. The turkey didn’t overpower the other ingredients but didn’t knock our socks off with flavor either. Might be better in a hamburger bun or pita bread. If I make again, I will pan fry in olive oil and at a low medium level temperature. Update: Ate a leftover warmed mini round loaf as a sandwich in a warmed lavash with ketchup, harissa sauce, cucumbers and tomato and it was much better that way.
