Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Pricey. 12 oz of thinly sliced pancetta costs $32. So I pivoted and bought diced pancetta and made a deconstructed version which turned out quite well. Forgive me but I used pomegranate molasses instead of boiling down one cup of balsamic vinegar (again, pricey!). The rosemary at the end is delightful.
