    Delicious! I was given a large basket of fresh-picked black raspberries that needed to be used immediately and I liked that this recipe called for a large amount of fruit -- other recipes calling for just 1 cup or so just wouldn't have cut it. I probably had more than 18 oz of fruit to start with, but could only salvage 13 oz as some had already started to turn. The extra 5 oz would have been fine, but the recipes was still great with less. This cake was easy to make, tastes light and moist, and is a perfect summer dessert.
