    These are fabulous. I wouldn't call them light -- the fat drips into the pita and the pita becomes a crispy delight. Thinner pitas crisp up better.

    These are delicious. Makes a great lunch with a salad. The lamb isn't over powered with spice so the flavour really sings. I used home made flat breads rather than pita and I prepared them in a grill pan.
