    I was lazy and simply tossed the tofu with the marinade (sans water) and cooked it for about 8 minutes in the air fryer and it was lovely. When I have more time I'll try the original version.

    Make this! it's so good! It's a bit of a stretch to find the super firm tofu, and it's a long (but not difficult) process, but the result is so amazing. worth making a double batch.
