    This is not a good cheesecake recipe. It was edible, but disappointing. I think there may be a typo in the recipe. It only called for 2 teaspoons or lime juice and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, I doubled both and they really didn’t come through in the cheesecake. It baked for much less time than other cheesecakes I’ve made and had a very loose custard consistency. I would not recommend this recipe, there are much better cheesecake recipes out there.
