Can substitute nutmeg for ground allspice, toasted pumpkin seeds for walnuts, frozen mangoes or frozen pineapple for frozen berries, coconut water for almond milk, any dried fruit for goji berries, and dried cranberries, raisins, or dried apricots for dried cherries.
