    Only did the truffled potatoes & the BBQ sauce: both were a hit. I topped the potatoes with some truffled cheddar cheese for an extra truffle hit; and blitzed the BBQ sauce to turn it into a smooth sauce. Used my standard rub on the pork ribs. Delicious combo.
