    These were delicious with haddock, sliced lengthwise and then cut into 3" pieces. A half pound of haddock was plenty for 5 tacos - served with a bit of cheese, grated radish, lettuce, avocado, and homemade salsa.

    Snapper is overfished. Mahi mahi is an acceptable substitute.
