Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I have made this many times and it is very popular. I generally make it with left over roast lamb so make the sauce without the meat and add the cooked meat to the onions etc at the end . I also add some spices to the rice before assembling based on a Claudia Roden recipe for roast lamb pilaf.
