    I really liked this dish. The prep is not intensive but does require some time (1+ hour), along with the braise time (1 1/2 hours). I liked the ratio of lentils to everything else - not over "lentiled". I had to add the pom molasses at the end because I forgot it. I used ~1/8 cup. Great flavor, very healthy, reheats well. Highly recommend.
