Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I made this again, forgetting just how long it takes if you do it from start to finish in one go. In my hurry to finally get dinner served, I took it out of the oven a little too soon, and the biscuits were a bit doughy. I probably needed 10 more minutes beyond the suggested baking time in the recipe. Also, the cheese was barely discernible in the biscuits, probably because I didn't use the extra sharp cheddar I normally do. A somewhat sharp cheese doesn't cut it here.

This is a delicious summer casserole, and relatively simple, although it does take at least an hour and a half from start to finish. Fortunately, the filling could be made ahead of time. I left the chipotle seasoning out to make it more palatable for my four-year-old, and served bottled hot sauces on the side.
