Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I consider this a pantry recipe because I substitute Trader Joe's frozen seafood blend for the fresh seafood ingredients. The seafood blend contains small bay scallops, shrimp and calamari rings that I add to the stew base and cook for only a few minutes before serving. I make half recipe of the stew base and use half the package of seafood blend. The stew base is very good but I do add garlic and red pepper flakes. What is life without those two ingredients? When cooking the tomato base, I use a Lidia Bastianich trick of adding a whole fresh basil branch to the simmering sauce and remove it just before serving. Then I add freshly shredded basil.
