Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is really good! The Swiss chard has an umami flavor that when mixed with golden raisins and pine nuts is amazing! I do have lots of leftover chard stems and plan to make Marcella’s Swiss Chard Gratineed tomorrow. I love that she doesn’t waste all this veg!!
