    This went down surprisingly well with my 5yo who doesn't always like curry. M2 wouldn't try it but she wasn't that hungry. Steaming the potato and cauliflower didn't work that well, I think I would boil or roast in the future. Subbed some green beans and sweetcorn for the peas and a tin of chopped tomatoes with a pinch of sugar for the ketchup and tomato paste. Served with rice but there would have been plenty without.
