Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Flavor is somewhat bland and the texture is one note - sort of soft and mushy throughout. Extra herbs and crunchy vegetables would make it more interesting.

    We really enjoyed this, the chicken makes it a meal not just a side. Being that there was just 2 of us I had to play with quantities and subbed basil for coriander, parsley would probably work too. 2 thumbs up from the Silver Fox, so will be a repeat.

    A bit lacking in flavour, I have other chicken salad recipes that I like better (especially the one in salt fat acid heat).
