Rotini with smoky chickpeas and cauliflower from More Quick-Fix Vegan: Simple, Delicious Recipes in 30 Minutes or Less by Robin Robertson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We all enjoyed this. Kids preferred the cauliflower to the chickpeas. Rotini is very similar to fusilli, which is what I used. I halved the paprika and omitted pepper and shallots. This is quite a filling, starchy meal. 340g pasta was plenty. Recipe suggests making just the smoky chickpeas for a salad or snack, which sounds like a great idea.
