    This is one of my favorite snickerdoodle recipes, great flavor and texture. However, they spread and are very flat for me, as well.

    These taste amazing, just like old-fashioned snickerdoodles should. But mine spread A LOT and were as flat as pancakes. I even chilled the dough for a few hours and still made flat cookies. Who knows what went wrong? Regardless, I will try these again and see what I can do to make nice looking cookies because these are worth the calories.
