Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good but not as good as hoped. Dreaming about late night Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans with cafe au lait and lots of sweet deliciousness. Cooked up well, great texture but wished batter had more flavor. Used confectioners sugar but we all decided needed syrup too...which is just not beignets!! Oh well. Glad we tried. Enjoyed-just not memorable.
