Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I have cooked this recipe many times, and this is one of our favorite chili recipes! The first time I made it, I did not tell my beef-loving husband that it was ground turkey, and he declared that this should be our chili! It is also flavorful but not too spicy for young kids. Love it!
