Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn’t have fresh wasabi powder. The recipe notes say that it can get bitter if it’s not fresh. Mine was 22 years old! LOL! I tasted it, and sure enough it was bitter so i threw it out. Instead I blended 1 teaspoon of wasabi paste with the eggs. I also found I could use just 3 T. Of peanut oil to cook the chicken because I was using my large Staub skillet so they all fit in one layer in the pan. I used a Thermo pen to check the internal temperature to be sure it hit 165 degrees and was cooked through. The recipe says 3 minutes per side and that wasn’t nearly enough.
