Easy one-pot, no-knife, lighter tuna noodle casserole from Serious Eats

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I didn't grow up eating tuna noodle casserole so maybe I'm missing the nostalgia factor, but I thought this was just OK. I think I'm still not big on the flavor of creme fraiche, and that's obviously a dominant ingredient here. It was super quick though and I think the leftovers will be fine cold for lunches too.

Quick & easy. Agree with puddlemere. Did add some additional broccoli & lemon. Would use lemon zest too-& garlic or onion.

Not mind-blowing, but hit all the right notes that you expect from a tuna noodle casserole and easy enough that I think it's still worth making again. I didn't have potato chips, but I sauteed some panko breadcrumbs in a little butter and topped with those instead.
