Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Delicious and quick. Added a couple of handfuls of spinach which was quite nice, but next time would add a little less water to compensate for the extra liquid from the spinach.

    This was fast and good, but not as mouth-wateringly delicious as some of the other recipes in this book.

    Quick as promised, again with a delicious sauce. Had some issues with my cherry tomatoes getting to a sauce-like consistency, solved by pressing down on them with a spoon. Served with basmati rice.
