    I thought I had done something wrong because the initial mixture was a somewhat infamous purée that was too liquid. And indeed, I halved the ingredient but forgot to half the egg. That being said, the mixture is meant to be sloppy (if I had read the intro, I would have known), and the wet hand tip is great. But the real miracle is what happens after, when this mixture gets transformed into beautiful little cakes! Amazing. I found the flavour a bit dull, though for the cakes. The salsa however was great, and quite original in my opinion.
