    These were tricky for me, I think mostly because they really needed more like 7 minutes in my oven. I wouldn't pull them out until they are bubbly all through to the middle. They tasted nice flat, but I had trouble rolling them, mostly because they fell and didn't stay hollow when I pulled them off the wooden spoon. Maybe I pulled them off too soon, but it was hard to coordinate because I didn't have enough spoons and the others were hardening too fast. Next time I would make them smaller so they are easier for gifting, maybe only 1/2 tsp scoop.
