Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was an interesting change from the classic skate grenobloise (brown butter & capers). I made this dish per the recipe but without the rock shrimp and cockles. The saffron citronette recipe produced more than necessary for the dish so I would adjust it accordingly. The sauce is good but the Dijon mustard tends to overwhelm the saffron.
