Ham and cheese palmiers from America's Test Kitchen Special Issue: Make-Ahead Appetizers (2014): More Than 70 Foolproof Recipes for Every Kind of Party (page 28)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    p. 28 – Really lovely! These are very simple to assemble; you just need to factor in the 1 hour the recipe calls for to allow time for the un-cooked palmiers to chill before slicing. Needless to say, my time was tight and I had to skip that step since I hadn’t read the recipe through in advance! That said, they turned out beautifully. I should have adjusted the time to account for the fact they weren’t cold so mine were slightly over-baked but they still tasted fabulous. I used Kozlik’s Dijon mustard.
