Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a keeper for us. It's really good. simple; but has great flavor. I was short on olives & added some capers to make up the difference. I also added a packet of Goya Sazon and 1/2 tsp of Goya Sazonador Total; and omitted the other salt called for in recipe. I cut back on sugar by 1/2 tsp; but it would be fine with the 1 tsp. served with rice & green cholula.
