Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Gorgeous - a real treat. I left out the double cream and Gruyere, making up the difference with extra cheddar cheese. The tomato jam is tasty and goes well but is fairly sweet. When making again I'll probably serve with a different, less sugary sauce. Needs 4+ hours to chill the croquetas mixture. (I got away with shaping and cooking a few after about 90 mins, but had to stop as most of the mixture was too wet.)
