    I agree with the previous reviews that this is a quick and easy way to dress up peas. I really like the addition of the mint.

    This is a quick & easy dress up for frozen peas. I did do the pancetta & shallots ahead and depending on what else you are preparing/burner space, that is a useful tip. We are not fans of mint (so skipped) and I also went lighter on the salt but gave them a good final grind of pepper. Certainly a repeatable idea.

    Nice and easy side. I used 4 ounces of pancetta for a 16 ounce bag of peas. I did the pancetta and shallots ahead of time and then added the peas in the last few minutes before dinner.

    Quick and easy - no need to make ahead. I used 2 oz pancetta (why does Ina call for 2.5 oz??). Only needed 1/2 tsp salt.
