Pear brioche tart with maple custard cream from Australian Gourmet Traveller Magazine, November 2014 (page 143) by Rodney Dunn

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Beautiful tart. Make sure you roll the dough to the required size which does seem large, as it needs to contain the custard. Very easy, once the brioche dough has been made, which I did in my thermomix so it was also quite easy. I am certainly not an expert baker. Next time I would perhaps put it into a 30cm shallow pan as I found it quite difficult to get a nice round shape.
