Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Susan, Amy and I made this for our supper club on 5/29/24. I learned a lot from making this recipe together with the group, but I would never make it again on my own. Labor intensive. Interesting but not exceptional dessert, esp factoring in the effort required. The parchment tents were very challenging and Susan finally mastered them after several tries using rubber bands to hold them together. The Mascarpone broke when we attempted to whip it. Did turn into a butter like substance that I liked a lot more than typical mascarpone so that was interesting. The orange scented syrup was quite lovely. If you like a challenge, try this recipe.
