Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This tasted pretty good but the recipe needed some tweaking. Salt was added to the tofu mixture in the instructions, but was not included in the ingredient list. The amount of potato starch added to the mixture was not enough to hold the mixture together, so had trouble with couple of pieces when flipping during the pan-frying process.
