    5/2019 made for kids, who loved it. Used sockeye salmon (refrigerated from Trader Joe’s), and mirin instead of rice wine and sugar. Simmered marinade for sauce at table, which was good. 12/2021 sake, tamari

    I see no reason to buy teriyaki sauce ever again. It's so simple. You don't even have to peel the ginger, just grate it.
