Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is one of my wife's favorite foods. I'll often make the filling, freeze it in 1/4 C scoops, and when we're ready for it, I take it out and put it in the tortillas with cheese. Freezes great.

    I used to make these all the time back in the day. I remember that it's easy to undercook the sweet potato. Still and excellent and easy meal
