Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I keep a jar of this ready in my cupboard. I don't follow the author's instruction on p260 to make the chai masala. Instead I put a tea bag in mug, brew, then add my milk, sugar and a 1/4 tsp of this spice mix.
