    The curry flavor is very subtle in the end result, I would increase the amount next time. 12/2022- I’m glad I did not read this note before making again. I would NOT add more curry. I would double the batch for two reasons- the sugar mixture is not very deep, hard to place a candy thermometer in it. It also uses only 1 cup of cashews. If I’m going to be playing around with molten sugar (not with my hands mind you) I’d like a bigger return.
