    This recipe is a great idea, but lacks details that would be more helpful. Use as deep a bowl as practical for melting the chocolate. Refrigerate the segments before dipping, then use a toothpick or tweezer to hold the citrus section for dipping. Shake off excess chocolate before placing the sections on sheetpan to dry. If chocolate becomes too thick during the process, you can rewarm it. Store the finished product in the fridge, it’s optimal for same day serving, but will be good for a few days.
