    Very nice, but was wetter than it should have been, which I think was owing to using all of the liquid from the butter beans (as instructed). Next time I will use less liquid. Also, I would probably cook a good deal more sweet potato than you think you will need, and then just save any extra. I used an 800g sweet potato, but could have done with more, as this was not enough for proper layers.
