Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I made the variant with added chicken. I really enjoyed this recipe - while it wasn't earth shatteringly good, it was really nice and comforting. I tend to turn to risotto as an easy meal when I have chicken to use up and need something simple and filling, but actually this pilaf recipe would make a nice alternative. I would probably add more cumin and maybe a bit more spicing in general next time, but as it was it was still very nice.
