    I'm always looking for good recipes for greens and this one is definitely a keeper. For a very simple recipe, it packs a lot of flavor. I've made this many times over the last ten years. I usually use Fire-Roasted Tomatoes and chicken broth to increase the flavor and heat. In an effort to keep things as low-carb as possible, I've never made the croutons, and didn't really miss them, but I'm certain they'd add a lot.
