    p. 150 – Yum! This was such a different and delicious pilaf. I grilled my Haloumi since we love it that way. The herbs ensured the dish was light-tasting, fresh, flavourful and fragrant. This is a perfect company dish as it comes together in no time, has excellent visual appeal and tastes great. Top marks for this dish from all. A real keeper.
