Bittersweet chocolate chip cookies from The Washington Post by Lisa Yockelson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

My HS granddaughter made these cookies for Christmas. I bought the Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Baking Chips and the oat flour for her and she followed the recipe exactly. She said that the first day, they weren't great but by the second day they were great. I suspect she tried the cookies before they cooled completely. Anyway I agree that they are the best chocolate chip cookie that I have eaten. The bag that I bought had 30 oz and the recipe uses 13 oz. Those are very delicious 13 oz of bittersweet chocolate chips.
