    The gremolata topping might be the most fragrant thing I have ever made. I thought it seemed a bit dry, so next time I might try a few drops of oil to bind it together. The gremolata recipe is really only enough for two though, so double if serving 4. The second time I made this I added fresh grated ginger and soy sauce to the fish before cooking. Was even better!
