    the recipe calls for a lot of curry powder but it was all needed, was absorbed into the lamb and sauce and was absolutely delicious. The last 40 mins without cover were extended to 60 mins to make sure the liquid was reduced enough. I'll definitely make the lamb again, but the sag aloo recipe didn't quite work so I'll use the madhur jaffrey recipe next time for that
